2)b) There are window blinds with exposed inner cords in the windows in the playroom where they are accessible to children. 2)c) There is a loose cord outside the back door exit that was accessible to children. 2)c) There are cords inside the cabinet under the television that are accessible to children. 2)c) There is a portable vacuum device next to the couch in the play room with an unsecured cord that was accessible to children. 2)d) There are a couple plastic bags in the cabinet under the television where they were accessible to children. 3)a) There is a protruding bolt on the wooden play structure above the platform where the slide is located. 3)c) There were a couple toy trucks in the outdoor play area that had broken plastic parts. 3)d) The fencing that was added around the pool has a 4 foot high section of chain link with panels of wood above it to meet the height requirement for fencing around swimming pools. There were gaps between the top of the chain link and the bottom of the panels of wood that pose an entrapment hazard if a child were to climb the chain link and put their head or other body parts through the gap. 3)g) The rock climbing wall on the climbing/play structure is loose on one side and it appears the screws holding it on may have broken.
